10. What was the hardest thing you gave up during this “weight loss.”

Food i’m used to such as: bread, fast food, doughnuts, ice cream and so on. Only because this is the food i’m used to but hopefully i can develop more healthier habits.

Breakfast: Fruit and a hard boiled egg white

Lunch: Fruit or salad depending on how hungry i am

Dinner: Hard boiled egg white with fruit or chicken slices.

13. Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way?

Healthy way is the only way in my eyes. i used to do it the unhealthy way but i lost weight and immediately put it back on (and more) i’m looking for more life lasting results this time.
